Now what?

All we can do is make things right for ourselves.


This may also make things right for others, but not everyone.


This is life, it always has been. We will experience positive and negative in our lifespan. It’s what we do with it, that makes a difference.


As a Coach, I recommend you identify your emotions. What exactly are you feeling? Where do you feel it in your body? How does this emotion make you want to act? Would this action give you what you want?


You have the ability to stop long enough to take notice of this when you’re unhappy. If you could put all of your answers on a table and look at them, you might notice they loose their power over you.


I love telling/asking myself: “So what, now what?”. It really helps to take a new perspective and action to help myself.
